FAQs

  • Here is the direct link to our online ticketing platform. Tickets can also be purchased at the door.

  • We accept cash, credit and debit at the door.

  • When you purchase a season pass, your name is automatically added to the door list for the remainder of the season. This being the case, you will not be sent an individual ticket for each performance. You can either bring the QR code ticket you initially purchased (either printed or on your phone), or you can simply tell the door person your first and last name. Easy as that!

  • Our primary venues are physically accessible. Wilmot United in Fredericton has a lift to the sanctuary, with wheelchair access provided at the Carleton Street entrance off the main parking lot.

The Centre culturel Aberdeen in Moncton has wheelchair access at the Alma St. entrance, and an elevator that will take you to the second floor of the building where the concert is held.

The Saint John Arts Centre is accessible from the rear entrance of the building (off Carleton St.) with an elevator to access the main floor.

  • We always appreciate help from our volunteers who help with ticketing at the door, postering, photography, and more. Feel free to reach out to elmcitymusicinc@gmail.com with your name and a note on how you’d like to get involved!
